Welcome to the new Cartoon Kippah website, the UK’s premier online-magazine for fresh commentary, reporting and debate on all the things related to, and intersecting with, Judaism. Cartoon Kippah is young, dynamic and cutting edge – This is not your normal community magazine! Read on to find out why…
Cartoon Kippah launched in January 2011 with the first episode of the NEW Jewish Podcast – a regular 30 minute show featuring conversation with the best and brightest of British Jewry. Your support, combined with our dedication to bringing you unique and honest perspectives on issues that matter most to the Jewishly engaged, has seen us attract thousands of followers from across the UK and around the world.
This new platform is cross-communal, featuring writers and commentators from across the religious and political spectrum. Cartoon Kippah is neither “left” nor “right,” striving to be both inward looking to Jewish interests, whilst simultaneously looking outward to issues impacting people of all religions or none. Whilst we do not court controversy, we are not afraid to publish content that is out of line with the establishment.
Cartoon Kippah is rooted in community and the majority of our exclusive content relies on free submissions from communal figures, experts, leaders and individuals from all over the United Kingdom (and the World). Cartoon Kippah also features some paid-for content such as news reports, commentary and analysis.
